Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platform, and services operated by TKB Hospiserve ("Trip Ka Baap", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

• "Services" means our websites, platform, applications, APIs, AI assistance features, and related offerings.
• "You" means the individual or organization using the Services.
• "Content" means text, data, images, itineraries, and other materials made available through the Services.
• "Suppliers" means airlines, hotels, rail, ground transport, and other third parties that provide travel services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Trip Ka Baap provides a corporate travel technology platform, including booking discovery, AI-assisted travel planning, policy validation, approval workflows, expense reconciliation, analytics, and duty-of-care features. The specific features available to you depend on your organization's subscription. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.

When you book travel through the Services, the actual travel services are provided by independent third-party Suppliers. We act as an intermediary and are not the provider of the underlying travel services.

You acknowledge that:

• Bookings are subject to each Supplier's own terms, conditions, and cancellation and refund policies;
• Fares, availability, and schedules may change and are subject to Supplier confirmation;
• We are not responsible for acts or omissions of Suppliers, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, or changes; and
• You are responsible for complying with entry requirements, visas, and travel documentation.

Prices displayed are as provided by Suppliers and may be in various currencies. You are responsible for all charges associated with your bookings, including taxes and Supplier fees. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We may charge fees for certain services, which will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Refunds and changes are governed by Supplier policies and applicable law.

Our Services may include AI-assisted planning and booking features. These features are provided to assist you and do not constitute human professional advice. While we continuously improve these features, you should verify important details directly with Suppliers and through official channels before finalizing travel arrangements. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services;
• Upload malicious code, or scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization;
• Use the Services to make bookings in bad faith or that you do not intend to complete; or
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Trip Ka Baap or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.

The Services may display content and links provided by third parties, including Suppliers, partners, and users. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip Ka Baap, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or the services provided by Suppliers. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100). Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trip Ka Baap and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable laws or regulations, or (d) your bookings or travel arrangements made through the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will first be subject to good-faith negotiation, and, if unresolved, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India. To the extent permitted by law, any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arises.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
